of trainer and motivator I am.
Jon's story is a shining example of how mindset and determination can drive
you beyond what you believe is even possible. Not only did Jon do what it took to accomplish his goal, he went beyond that
to “give some back” and help others out. Whatever demons from the past or obstacles in the future we face...it's
crucial to have the resolve to rise above these challenges in order to conquer them. His story is not just about losing weight...not
by a long shot, it's about strength, will and unwaivering courage. Whether it be weight loss, smoking cessation, physical
fitness, financial wellness or any other lofty goal we are shooting for, it is required that we “step
up to the plate” when making the decision, and then take the actionto move towards that goal. Nobody ever said it would
be easy, they just said it would be worth it.
